HireMason database of opportunities
The OSCAR Database of Opportunities uses the existing HireMason framework to allow faculty and staff to post research and creative projects for undergraduate students. Career Services has worked with OSCAR to establish a specific category of "Undergraduate Research Projects" that allows faculty to list these positions and students to search for them.
You can log in to HireMason with your GMU username and password. If you encounter problems with logging in, please contact Career Services directly at email@example.com. Should you need assistance or have any questions about OSCAR HireMason opportunities, please feel free to contact Samira Lloyd or Denise Nazaire at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faculty have the option of listing positions with compensation, including academic credit and/or wages, and limiting the potential students applicants by GPA or major. Faculty can also ask students to submit a resume with their applications, using the very convenient resume-builder tool within HireMason. For assistance with posting these Undergraduate Research Projects, faculty can download the OSCAR HireMason Quick Guide.
